ARENA_BACKWASH by swizzle

"If you want to run around the map but you can't find it on a public
server, you can load it locally by opening the console (press ~ on
your keyboard) and typing the following:

map arena_backwash_b3

If you want to run around the map, type the following to turn on cheats
and spawn a bot:

sv_cheats 1;bot

Note that you won't be able to join most servers and you won't be able
to score achievements with cheats on, so make sure you turn them off by
typing the following before you try to play a real game:

sv_cheats 0
