CS_MILITIA_BYMICOS by micoslegrand

"Remake of CS_MILITIA, and a very good one.
It just slightly differs from the original map from CS!

Version 2 by Webster: Added cubemaps, Fixed and added spawns (40 spawns now, was 24),
added more soundscapes,fixed players getting stuck in beds, other entity
changes/fixes.
