DE_CATHEDRILL_PRO by Dinus Saurus
"This is second rebuilded version of my map de_cathedrill
My first idea was to create combine futuristic sacral architecture. My inspiration was christian churches and cathedrals which I learned about in school. Than it was mostly improvisation. I used vaults,archs, rounds, columns and roofs, which I constructed before and during this project and put these arcitectonical elements into one exhibiton map.
I tried to build monumental architecture, unfortunately I paid for this idea long compilation time and lower in-game fps (so you need high performance or decrease graphic details).
My next task was to make balanced map for each team...and little bit optimisatin. So I composed rooms on each sides of nave and connected it with transept and tribunes (it is simple - you can go righ or left to bombsites; or straight forward to enemy). I used areaportals divided cathedrill to 3 areas (main nave with transept and each siderooms)

This is beta version, because there may be bugs and mainly I used original HL2,CSS models, so if you are modeller or if you can provide me models better suitable for this layout (benches, tables), I'll can recompile map for you.
