"Hey all!

So I've been working on this new map on and off for the last couple weeks and I think its finally at a point where I can release a test version and get some feedback from everyone. There are a few things that I still need to tweak but otherwise this is most likely the last alpha before the full release. My bigest regret with this map is the bright lighting in the "clone room" area but since the floors are all made of fun_breakable entities, I can't seem to block out the lights from the floors above. I wanted it to be much darker and moody down there but oh well.

Crits are fully welcome, both good and bad. This is the first map I've worked on outside of my project Brutal and I'm just trying to get a feel for things again. The map is ready for both Deathmatch and TeamDeathmatch. *Update* I guess it would be helpful if I pointed out that the gameplay in this map centers around the fact that there are 4 floors, and every tile of each floor is individually breakable. What this means is that instead of focusing on killing each other (which you still can do), you spend a lot more time trying to shoot out the tile that your opponent is standing on. The bottom floor has a pool of lava below it so the goal is to knock your opponents down to the bottom level and into the lava by breaking the tiles, hence the name Breakdown :)
