"This is a one-level mod for Half Life 2: Episode 2 with a cinematic, moody tone that has custom voiceover.
NOTE:
There is no lip synch in this mod as it was not the focus and I did not have the extra 3 weeks or more it would have taken to do it. Again, this mod is first and foremost a portfolio piece for level design. You'll have to use your suspension of disbelief on that matter. Everything else is in there though.

Outpost 16 is a moody single-player level for HL2:EP2 that also includes custom voice acting, models, and music.

This mod was made initially only to be used as a piece for my level design portfolio. After discussing with friends, I decided to release it to the community. There were supposed to be many more levels, as part of an overall campaign. After realizing the amount of energy required to do just ONE level up to the standard of quality I desired, I quickly had to rearrange my story and compress as much as possible into one level. This is the highly edited result: Outpost 16."
