L4D_INTO_THE_WILD_CAMPAIGN by Garrador   WIP

"Hello! Started a little project some time ago. A l4d campaign based in africa.

Short mockup of the story:
In this campaign, you're located in am African village/town that supposedly was a safe zone for the remaining survivors all around the globe. But as you arrive there in hope for salvation, you will quickly find out that the virus has spread over seas.

You enter the game in different positions 2 by 2, but not far from each other, and it only takes a few minutes before youre all together. The idea is to create a intro sequence showing that you just jumped out of an airplane, parachuting into a african shack (and on a roof for the other 2).

It's set in daytime the first 3 levels. The idea is to create the illusion of the sun setting. So you will get to play at night and day time. It's aimed to heavily rely on custom assets like models, textures and godray effects (model effects), and certain particle effects. Oh yeah, and skyboxes. In the upcoming screens, the skybox is custom, as you might notice.

It took me quite some time to nail the correct fog/light and hdr/bloom settings, but I think It's good now.

The intro sequence and start level is in the works atm. So a trailer will be released as soon as possible.

Here are some screenshots of the middle part of the first map. It will change a bit layout wise, so optimizing becomes easier. "
